Company history

GX SOLUTIONS, a.s. is built on solid foundations of several years of experience of its subsidiaries. GX SOLUTIONS , a.s. brought together two leaders in providing and monitoring the vehicles and machines in two countries: company AXITECH, s.r.o. from of the Czech Republic and GENETECH, spol. s.r.o. from Slovakia.

Both companies began their activities in the field of recording and evaluation of operational data at the time when GPS technology was not used yet. The recording equipment in the field of car transportation became necessary, and in comparison to the past, higher demands than ever before are put on it.

AXITECH, s.r.o. and GENETECH, spol. s.r.o. began their cooperation with the company TOROLA electronic, spol. s.r.o., which already in 1996 started to sell electronic recorders for a simple entry of data from vehicles.

Gradually, changes in mobile networks and commercial use of GPS occurred, and the possibility of recording the location and online monitoring attracted a huge interest among transportation companies. Many new technologies were discovered, from simple basic solutions of monitoring we moved to the development of comprehensive solutions with a broad utility monitoring system at all levels of the society. We became a leader in fuel consumption measuring and fuel monitoring.

Integration was a natural step in development of both companies. Our devices now meet all requirements of the vehicle monitoring and communication, with the use of the latest technologies.
