GX CARE - complex care

The customer care is not for us only a concept or a promise. Over the years, GX SOLUTIONS actively develops its customer support system, with a clear intention to increase the level of customer satisfaction. The basic aim of GX CARE is, using practical tools and flexible internal processes, to provide our customers with professional help and high quality care.

GX CARE is our complex approach towards the customer and includes all the activities, including working proceedings and internal rules, for securing of reliable monitoring support. All the activities within the range of GX CARE are realized by our own team, professionally prepared and regularly trained. With the GX Solutions you will get not only useful solutions for the administration of your fleets, but thanks to GX CARE also stable background for successful operation and development of your monitoring system.

  • Business meeting serves as a basis for the analysis of the customer’s needs. Our sales representatives will mediate the presentation of solutions and provided services of GX SOLUTIONS, a.s. At the same time, we get much information directly from you and from a thorough analysis of your needs we can prepare the optimal solution for your particular fleet or machinery.
  • Assessment of the actual state of implementation and utilization of the system the means of an analysis. A thorough analysis of the existing patterns governing your current processes and operations is mandatory for every manager who wants to become a success in the field of fleet management and administration. We perform such a thorough analysis in close cooperation with you – our customer, where we examine in detail the following factors: the existing needs, actual working environment, the processes and activities. The main goal of this analysis is to come up with an actual proposal in terms of an ultimate solution as early as possible. This means that even during this early stage, we try to estimate the range of necessary educational trainings to be provided and identify the necessary technical and material support at each specific system user level within the company.
  • Technical specifications and proposal of the actual technical aspects of the solution. During this stage we thoroughly examine all the relevant conditions which might have an impact on the mounting of the technical accessories, bearing in mind, in particular, all the possibilities to prevent any damages to both the vehicle fleet and technical appliances, as well.
  • Software specifications and proposal of the software-related aspects of the solution.  Here, we take into account any specific demands you as the customer might have, related to various fields, including the system used to perform inspections of your operational unit, the methods for data evaluation and interpretation, as well as other areas that are not currently supported by your system. The system is fully configurable, thus allowing us to tailor it to the actual needs of our customers, regardless how unique these specifications might be. As a result of this process, we proudly present a fully-flexible, complex system adapted to the needs of the customer,  taking into account specific new trends.
  • Mounting of the technical equipment and accessories on the vehicles and machines. When mounting the technical equipment and accessories on the vehicles and machines, we make use of our own mounting capacities. The installations are carried out either at our service centers or within your company’s own facilities and premises; both on regular working days or at weekends. Prior to actual mounting, our customers are provided with all the relevant conditions, so that they are ready when the time comes for the actual technical mounting, in terms of their readiness of the vehicle fleet and the technologies to be implemented within a particular environment.
  • Installation of the program accessories and Elementary User Training. The customer is provided with all the relevant requirements regarding the proposed software installation in advance. The actual installation process is completed by the provision of elementary training for one of your employees who is responsible for the operation of the monitoring system at your company, whom you get to choose and authorize.  The installation along with the primary user training aimed at getting the hold of the hints regarding the proper utilization of your system, takes place within your company’s facilities and premises, and is to be provided by the means of our analytic group, exclusively.
  • Trainings designed for every particular user level. We will precisely set up the level and scope of training for the individual user levels of the system in your company. We provide the training in the premises of our company or in your company with your real monitoring data.  
  • The initial, introductory phase of monitoring system operation. This phase normally takes approximately a month to finish, following the day of the particular system installation (involving both the technical accessories as well as the software applications).
  • The real-time, actual operational phase of the monitoring.  During the full operation, the customer system is extended to the entire fleet or machinery, complemented by other previously unused functions and by measuring components for other auxiliary equipment. This step is accompanied by providing consultations, trainings, product and service support to the customer.
  • After-sale customer support and care. With this aspect, we provide all kinds of services in order to reach an even higher comfort of our customer - by the means of several service programs with the objective of providing better service support for our customers, based on the provisions of a service agreement.
