GX Solutions, a. s., has merged with Axitech s. r. o. and Genetech s. r. o.

We are pleased to announce you that the companies GENETECH s. r. o. and AXITECH s. r. o. have become members of the international holding GX SOLUTIONS, a. s. The company specializes in developing and providing sophisticated solutions for complex monitoring and administration of various types of fleet and machinery.

Being two leaders on the local markets in providing complex operation records for vehicles and machines and in the sphere of technologies for fuel measuring, Slovak GENETECH s. r. o. and Czech AXITECH s. r. o. decided to unite their capacities after several years on the scene and became part of an international holding.

Since 1996 GX SOLUTIONS, a. s., has thus through both companies implemented more than 30,000 solutions for customers from various spheres of business and state and public administration.

It was a natural step in the development of both companies. The own know-how, own capacities, longest experience with the implementation of monitoring on the market, realization of numerous projects, constant development, and customer-oriented culture make continuous provision of complex solutions and high-quality services under the joint trademark possible.
