GX HelpDesk

Order and complexity of the information in a single place.  This cost-free web application is designed to improve the quality of support and approach to the customer. Electronic support center for our dedicated customers, which we create together, serves as a basis for commercial and technical support of the monitoring solutions. Each customer obtains individual access data. The GX HelpDesk application provides for reporting and evidence of the demands including observation of their actual progress. The aim is to accelerate the response and awareness of the customer to their demands for service or other wishes related to the monitoring. In this application the customer finds various documents, notifications and recommendations, answers to the most frequent questions, manuals for handling the system correctly. The aim of GX HelpDesk is to provide the customer with complex and continual awareness regarding issues of monitoring and the customer's orders. Moreover, it provides transparent proceeding of the solution that the customer demands from our company.

GX Consulting

Your situation in the company changes and so do your demands and attitudes towards monitoring. We, in spite of that, offer a solution reducing your costs. The service provides our users with professional help and care - before, during and even after installation of the system, during the monitoring and while evaluating the output data. It helps with the utilization of the system, making the internal company proceedings more effective and allowing for optimization of the monitoring operation. We are ready to consult the monitoring related questions and help solve any problems related to procedural and technical areas of our solutions as they affect your operational costs.
GX consulting presents advisory activities for the users, courses, professional consultations within the range of the applied solution. By means of these activities we deliver information and instructions for correct usage of monitoring, advancement of the work with the program equipment, provide advisory and suggestions for changes and improvement of the system, we get valuable information straight from the user’s environment. The courses can be one-off, repeated or supplementary events or you can pre-pay the course hours in one of our service programs. You can choose from assigned topics, established levels or we can prepare the course in accordance with the customer's individual needs and demands.

Moreover, your situation might as well change, and you have to keep in mind that so you’re your monitoring system which is continually being developed and, being informed is essential for a thorough and beneficial exploitation of all the benefits of the monitoring. GX Server

Safe flow and administration of the data. GX server service is designed for the customers who like to have the necessary data sent to the company server. It is each customer's decision to use this service. The recorded data collected from monitored vehicle or machine can be downloaded from the company’s server, if necessary. This is easily done by means of the GPRS replicator. The data are kept and continually backed up also on the company server for the case of sudden data loss.

GX Data Services

Be at ease and leave the troubles with administration of the SIM cards for data transfer on our shoulders. You are not worried by any administration. The purpose of the service is to secure data transfer from the registered vehicles and machines to the server of the SQL monitoring system application. Vehicles can move within the area with GPS signal in the national operator’s web and also in foreign roaming. In case of the service activation the GX Solutions SIM cards are inserted into the vehicle equipment. It is beneficiary that the activation fee is already included in the service price. By using the service you reduce the risk of unexpected and dispensable costs for data transfer.

GX Maintenance

The service presents broadened technical support for the customers with higher demands in terms of the system availability and overall care for always actual monitoring system. The service secures increased support in form of regular actualization of the chosen parts of the system – map bases upgrade, individual software modules according to the current state of the solution, firmware. GX maintenance is imposed by periodical annual fee and provides also support for the monitoring system by form of telephonic advisory. It can be also combined with some of the service programs

GX Project Management

Monitoring GX Solutions is, thanks to its continual development, configuration and compatibility considered a well-established monitoring system. It provides various degrees of solutions from simple to more complex ones, or special forms of monitoring. The dominant feature of the project management is individual approach and supervision over the whole monitoring operation.
