Our response periods to your demands are within 14 working days. The GX HelpDesk application serves for the purposes of reporting service damages. This program contains only elementary service actions and therefore is not suitable for monitoring bigger fleets, combined or more complex vehicle or machinery equipment parks.
If you monitor a fleet containing less than 100 vehicles or machines and you have higher expectations - we recommend the most popular and widespread program – the GX Standard. Service emergency and interventions are carried out on working days, within the standard working hours - from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. However, with this program, our response period is within 7 working days. Moreover, should you wish so, we can give you a 3-day response period for removal of the fault within 3 working days. You will also receive the spare part service emergency for immediate exchange and telephone support-line. You have an option of pre-paid consultation hours and courses with reference to the monitoring and also extending the guarantee period.
If you choose the GX Plus program your fleet of 100 – 300 vehicles/machines will be optimally taken care of. Service interventions for the fault removal are automatically on working days from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with response period for fault removal of 7 working days. However, you can also choose our nonstop, 24/7 emergency service and have your fault removed within 2 working days. Moreover, you automatically get the spare part service emergency for immediate exchange, your telephone support-line and regular monthly checks of the operation of your system and its individual elements by our specialized personnel. Also, your other options include choosing specialized advisory services and courses for the users, weekly basis for the check-out of the system operation and extending the guarantee. One of the benefits is a possibility to obtain a dedicated contact of support to provide you the necessary help in order to solve your problems faster and more operatively.
The GX Unique program accomplishes the premises for service care even with the most demanding customers and large figures of the vehicle park with more than 300 vehicles/machines. With our automatic non-stop service emergency you will get the guarantee of the service fault removal within only 3 days, the spare part service emergency for immediate exchange, specialized telephone support-line and regular monthly check-out of the operation of your system and its elements. Moreover, there is an option of changing over to regular weekly operational check-out or prophylaxis of the overall system and also extending the guarantee period to 36 months. Besides, you can get special contact for permanent connection and even more flexible solution of your demands. You can even pre-pay hours of specialized advisory, courses and consultations.
