Service programs related to monitoring

It is a pleasure to have good service! Our company, GX Solutions supports the customer care to the fullest; thus allowing our customers to be competitive. We take care of everything while you get more time to explore the opportunities in your enterprise.

We bring several possible solutions to our dedicated customers, even at times when your monitoring needs a rather increased level of attention. We try hard to understand your needs more and be supportive to you all the time. We enable our customers not only to choose the optimal solution for fleet monitoring, but also the related services accompanied by the respective benefits. In our program offer you will find what really suits the needs of your monitoring. We are inspired by your demands and we bring you services that you can really utilize in practice. You will appreciate their merit in the form of increased care for your fleet monitoring.  Enjoy the programs that are tailor-made for the needs of your monitoring. You can now enjoy all the pleasures resulting from the adequate service care with good quality. All you have to do is choose the right program.

Service programs are contractually guaranteed, so you just get to choose the program and mix up the services that suit you the best. Our service programs, comprising the core of our customer monitoring care, are provided in several alternatives. They differ in services, which the particular program packs contain and which, according to the particular interests of our customers, can be added with other services and also the response-period of their solution. You can always switch from one program to another, higher type of the pre-paid program. In every pack there is non-stop technical support available by means of the GX HelpDesk application – every customer’s personal electronic centre, to which they only have access codes.

The GX Basic program is useful for the unpretentious customers. Service emergency and interventions are performed solely on working days, in the regular working hours - from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Our response periods to your demands are within 14 working days. The GX HelpDesk application serves for the purposes of reporting service damages. This program contains only elementary service actions and therefore is not suitable for monitoring bigger fleets, combined or more complex vehicle or machinery equipment parks. 

If you monitor a fleet containing less than 100 vehicles or machines and you have higher expectations - we recommend the most popular and widespread program – the GX Standard. Service emergency and interventions are carried out on working days, within the standard working hours - from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. However, with this program, our response period is within 7 working days. Moreover, should you wish so, we can give you a 3-day response period for removal of the fault within 3 working days. You will also receive the spare part service emergency for immediate exchange and telephone support-line. You have an option of pre-paid consultation hours and courses with reference to the monitoring and also extending the guarantee period.

If you choose the GX Plus program your fleet of 100 – 300 vehicles/machines will be optimally taken care of. Service interventions for the fault removal are automatically on working days from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with response period for fault removal of 7 working days. However, you can also choose our nonstop, 24/7 emergency service and have your fault removed within 2 working days. Moreover, you automatically get the spare part service emergency for immediate exchange, your telephone support-line and regular monthly checks of the operation of your system and its individual elements by our specialized personnel. Also, your other options include choosing specialized advisory services and courses for the users, weekly basis for the check-out of the system operation and extending the guarantee. One of the benefits is a possibility to obtain a dedicated contact of support to provide you the necessary help in order to solve your problems faster and more operatively.

The GX Unique program accomplishes the premises for service care even with the most demanding customers and large figures of the vehicle park with more than 300 vehicles/machines. With our automatic non-stop service emergency you will get the guarantee of the service fault removal within only 3 days, the spare part service emergency for immediate exchange, specialized telephone support-line and regular monthly check-out of the operation of your system and its elements. Moreover, there is an option of changing over to regular weekly operational check-out or prophylaxis of the overall system and also extending the guarantee period to 36 months. Besides, you can get special contact for permanent connection and even more flexible solution of your demands. You can even pre-pay hours of specialized advisory, courses and consultations. This service is very beneficial in cases where your monitoring increases in terms of utilization, your increased demands regarding its functionality, changes appear in your business or utilized system, modifications and new developments are inevitable, the number of personnel is growing or changing, etc.
