Measuring and monitoring of consumption is for those who are dependent on their vehicles and machines in the everyday work use and their costs for fuel constitute the bulk of operating costs. It concerns freight and truck transportation; distribution, forwarding, bus companies; building, agricultural machinery and devices, services and technical support, but also passenger transportation. Accurate monitoring and evaluation of operation of vehicles and machines is necessary for all these sectors and information on fuel consumption is also crucial. Consumption and variable price of fuel is then reflected in the calculation of prices of goods and services, so companies responsibly control such data. Very often losses and misuse of fuel occur. Measuring of fuel consumption with the level gauge directly in the tank – solutions GX TRUCK, GX BUILD, GX BUS, GX LOGISTIC, GX MUNICIPAL, GX AGRO

Fueling, average consumption for each drive per 100 km or engine hour, amount of fuel in the tank, or unnatural fuel drops are measured and guarded by the electromagnetic level gauge. The level gauge is placed in the fuel tank of motor vehicles, machines and locomotives, where it measures the fuel level and also serves as a lock of the tank. It is capable of measuring the classic tank, internally divided by partitions, AdBlue tank, and in one vehicle both the independent and also interdependent tanks. You can check the consumption not only by kilometers driven or by engine hours, but also specifically the consumption of the monitored auxiliary equipment or consumption in various driving modes.

The monitoring system records, processes and evaluates data. When fueling or drop occurs, the recorded value is highlighted. The system allows you to determine your own standard consumptions, to specify the standard consumptions of individual separately measured auxiliary equipment and a subsequent comparison of real consumption with the standard. Result in the system represents evaluation of the actual fuel consumption with a division into the distance passed (engine hour), engine run at idle, auxiliary equipment run and comparison of values with the optimally set consumption of fuel. It can compare the actual amount of fueling measured by the level gauge in the tank with statements from the fueling stations. You can provably check whether all fuelings were carried out and in what amount. You do not need to rely solely on numbers. For a quick check of possible unnatural drops and excessive consumption, you can monitor the fuel movement also graphically - consumption, fueling and fuel draining, depending on time and performance of the vehicle or machine.

In combination with data from CAN-BUS busbar/FMS you will get all data about fueling and consumption. The data is checked directly in the system, and if applicable it is possible to compare the real balances of fuel measured by the level gauge in the tank. The current consumption and current state of the tank in % is showed in intervals set according to your needs. After completing the drive of the vehicle you will get a detailed operating record with the average consumption of the vehicle, taken directly from injections and a current state of fuel in %.

Monitoring of consumption for passenger vehicles and corporate fleets – GX FLEET solution

Measuring with the level gauge is not installed in passenger vehicles. It is possible to monitor the data about fueling and consumption from CAN-BUS busbar. The current consumption and current state of the tank is showed in a real time and in intervals set according to your need. After completing the drive, the system will evaluate in a detailed operating record the average consumption of the vehicle directly from the control unit of the engine and the current state of fuel in %.

For vehicles where the information is not available from data from CAN-BUS busbar, there is a possibility of an indirect measuring of consumption. The system calculates data about the average fuel consumption on the basis of recalculation - of manually entered data about fueling or electronically imported data from fueling cards and the real distance passed by the vehicle.
