GX BUS with measurement of fuel consumption
Refueling, the average consumption for each drive per 100km or per engine hour, the amount of fuel in the tank and/or unnatural fuel drops are measured and watched by an electromagnetic level meter. The level meter is located in the fuel tank of motor vehicles, machinery and locomotives, where it measures the fuel level and also serves as a tank lock. It is capable of measuring classic tanks, internally divided by partitions, the AdBlue tank and for one vehicle also tanks which are independent or interdependent. You can check the consumption not only by kilometers driven or by engine hours, but also specifically the consumption of monitored auxiliary equipment or consumption in various driving modes.
The monitoring system records, processes and evaluates data. If there is any drop or fueling in the tank, the recorded value is highlighted. The system allows you to establish your own standard consumptions, to specify the standard consumptions of the separately measured auxiliary equipment and subsequent comparison of the real consumption with the standard. The result in the system represents the evaluation of the actual fuel consumption with the distribution to distance traveled (engine hour), running of the engine at idle, running of the auxiliaries and comparison of the values with the optimal preset fuel consumption. It can compare the actually refueled amount of fuel measured by a level meter in the tank with statements from the pumping stations. It demonstrably checks whether all the refuelings took place and in what quantities. You do not have to rely solely on numbers. For a quick check and/or suspected losses and excessive consumption you are monitoring the fuel level movement also graphically - consumption, refueling and fuel drops, depending on the time and the performance of the vehicle or machine.
When combined with the data from CAN-BUS /FMS, you get all the data on fueling and consumption. Directly in the system of ongoing monitoring data and, where appropriate, you can compare real balances of fuel measured by the level meter in the tank. Current consumption and current status of the tank in % are shown in arbitrarily set intervals. After the completion of the vehicle’s drive you get a detailed record of the activity with average fuel consumption of the vehicle, taken directly from the injections and the current status of fuel in %.
