A benefit for any fleet is informedness about the state of traffic, the concrete transport performed, the driving modes, when the dispatch center gains an overview on the actual driving, standing and stops of the vehicle, the efficiency of the transport, etc. Generation of an electronic activity log online directly by the driver of the vehicle is possible due to modern terminals. The companies thus eliminate the inefficient paper administration. The dispatcher can easier and arguably communicate and send new orders for transport to the driver, plan routes and operatively control the performance according to the current situation. With text messages, all instructions and/or any recent changes may be sent to the driver as needed. The driver receives instructions and informs the dispatch center about the current status (loading, unloading, transportation termination, etc.). When carrying out a shipment, the driver is navigated using the built-in navigation located directly in the terminal. The dispatch center is receiving also information about a connected / disconnected trailer with a special evaluation and monitoring of movement of trailers on the individual trucks. This is all done online in order to ensure the maximum transport efficiency. The data about time, location and kilometers traveled are added automatically according to the entered features and changes. The driver selects the current statuses and driving modes, as well as the place of work.  Afterwards, the system evaluates the efficiency of transport - the periodical one repeating on a daily basis, but also of more complex shipments, which contain a number of subcontracts.
