Within the GX Maintenance services we provide an increased technical support and extended system of care. You get a guarantee of service availability, access to a hotline customer service support, a regular update of maps and consultations over telephone regarding the used solution for monitoring your fleet. The conditions and the terms and conditions of intervention actions required and provided in addition to eliminate any defects are agreed in advance in the service agreement.
