Monitoring of various types of vehicles and equipment extensions with GX Municipal

Despite the continuous and advanced development of vehicles and bodies in the area of municipal technology you do not have to worry that there is no solution for controlling your fleet. We have it. GX MUNICIPAL is a tool for monitoring various types of vehicles and equipment bodies. The scope of tracking, deployment of the monitoring system and the need to use different functionalities of GX MUNICIPAL are consulted individually with each customer.

Monitoring refuse collection vehicles (e.g. MB Unimog, MB Atego)

  • special monitoring of running of the main engine and the engine of the extension
  • if the engines have separate tanks it also distinguishes the consumption (in l/100km for the main engine and in l/hr for the extension engine)
  • it records refueling in each tank separately
  • it screens the process of the engine speed in time (a graphic representation)
  • it distinguishes the engine work by three adjustable motor speed limits (revolutions lower than the limit, perfect working revolutions, revolutions higher than the limit)
  • the period of activity of the sweeping mechanism in each drive

Monitoring of bodies for winter road maintenance, brands Schmidt, Kobit

Particularly for vehicles of technical service, the monitoring system GX Solutions provides a link of the control unit in the vehicle with extensions for winter maintenance. It transmits and displays important information, such as:

  • weight of the gritting
  • width of the gritting on the right and on the left
  • monitoring and location of the plow
  • run of the brine pump

The data are evaluated in detail in the software of the monitoring system and are transformed into comprehensible graphs of gritting widthe on the right and on the left, and the gritting weight. You can clearly and demonstrably follow the use of the plow and the use of brine pumps depending on the time and speed of the vehicle. The purchased amount of gritting material vs. the amount actually used, treatment of the operator with the entrusted equipment and control of the vehicle, checking the compliance with the maintenance plan, or other points of interest will thus no longer be a problem for any company.

Monitoring of the equipment using GX Municipal:
