Monitoring of your machinery and construction equipment according to the types used
GPS monitoring of the fleet with GX BUILD is a solution to control the real performance of your equipment, regardless of the machine type or the manufacturer. Most GX BUILD machines read the engine speed process in time with a graphic display and measure the so called performance engine hours (engine hours measured with respect to the engine speed). Together with the measurement of fuel and monitoring of fuel consumption, they are the most desirable parameters that GX BUILD precisely observes and monitors.
Do you use combined transport? In your hands, you hold the right tool for a comprehensive data management, a uniform assessment outputs and assurance of the construction machinery. The scope and deployment of the monitoring system and the need to use different functionalities are consulted individually with each customer.
Monitoring for tractors and dredgers, excavators and loaders (e.g. JCB 3CX, JCB 4CX, CAT 432, Komatsu WB 93)

- the time of start and end of each drive
- a break between drives
- fuel consumption during each drive
- fueling
- unnatural drops of fuel (a possibility to send alarm messages)
- the status of the tank after a drive
- the average consumption of the drive, per day, or per any period
- a possibility of monitoring of one auxiliary equipment
- identification of the machine operator
- resolution of the machine work by three adjustable motor speed limits (revolutions lower than the limit, perfect working revolutions, revolutions higher than the limit)
- resolution of the working time on the site (using excavator) and the working time in motion (using the bucket)

GPS monitoring for the MIXES owners
The monitoring system GX Solutions allows the owners of mixes to obtain a time record and a visual display of the work of mixes on the high quality NAVTEQ maps. Over our map data you can easily create your own areas of interest for monitoring of the movement of your fleet, in which the vehicles and equipment shall perform the prescribed activity. GX Municipal thus provides much more than just a simple GPS monitoring of the position and movement of your cars. Programming environment of the system provides a constant online overview of the actual equipment performance. It serves as a monitoring and control tool, whether the equipment works in the designated times and on the designated locations. It also serves as a form of vehicles security - you can immediately find out if the equipment is not being misused for purposes other than those permitted. You have a record of your activities on construction and building sites also as a proof to other companies.
- The module is designed for all types of mixes
- monitoring of the rotation direction of the drum
- overview on mixing the mixture (impact on the quality of supply)
- information about the time and place of unloading - when and where the mixture is discharged
- time of the mix activity implemented to basic reports of the operation of equipment
GPS satellite system and configuration of GX Build also enable:
- to screen the process of the engine speed in time (see the graphic)
- resolution of the engine work according to three adjustable motor speed limits (revolutions lower than the limit, perfect working revolutions, revolutions higher than the limit)
- to record activity period of the mixer truck in each drive
- to record the time of start and end of each drive
- to record breaks between drives
- to measure fuel consumption during each drive
- to measure fueling
- to measure any unnatural drops of fuel (and send alarm messages about the given status)
- to view the status of the tanks after a drive
- to calculate the average consumption in the drive, per day, or per any period
- to record the highest speed reached during each drive
- to record the time of exceeding the maximum allowed speed within each drive
- to identify the vehicle crew
- to track the machine movement using GPS
- to visualize active devices in the dispatch center
- to transmit data to the monitoring system online
